Required information and documents before online registration
Registration is a guided multi-step process. Have the data and PDFs below ready to complete it without interruptions (approx. 20–30 minutes).
1. Company details
- Legal name, tax ID, phone and contact email.
- Full fiscal address (street, postcode, city, province and country).
- Commercial brands you market (if applicable).
2. EPR routes and activity
- EPR categories: WEEE, CAT.7 (PV), batteries and/or packaging as applicable.
- Classification questionnaires and import or placement estimates.
- Product origin (WEEE/batteries) where applicable.
3. Legal representative
- Full name and tax ID of the signatory.
- Front and back of ID card (mobile capture via QR or scanner).
- Legal representative signature
4. Mandatory PDF documents
- Company tax identification certificate (PDF).
- Articles of incorporation (PDF).
5. Review and submit
- PDF preview of the membership form before submitting.
- You will receive a request number; review usually takes 2–3 business days.
